Aryans College of Pharmacy celebrates World Pharmacists Day

Aryans college of Pharmacy, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh celebrated World Pharmacist Day under the theme “Pharmacists are your medicines experts” at its Campus. Dr. AK Tiwari, Former HoD, Pharmacy Department, Panjabi University, Patiala was the Chief Guest on the occasion.

Students of B. Pharmacy & D. Pharmacy of Aryans Group participated in various activities including Poster making, Singing, Essay Writing, Etc organized on the occasion.

Dr. AK Tiwari enlightened the students about the vast field of Pharmacy and its significance. He further guided about various career opportunities and scope of Pharmacy in the future. Tiwari further said that as care providers, pharmacists have achieved tremendous success in their goals to improve patient’s quality of life.

A skit was performed by the students on “Safe and Responsible Use of Medicines” depicting the role of Pharmacists to assure the same.

Renowned pharma expert Dr.  Prasanta   Das  Gupta recently joined as Principal at Aryans College of Pharmacy, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh. The institute offers B.Pharmacy & D.
